Sack the board
Fact is, we were sold down a river to move to this unfit-for-purpose Olympic Stadium, yet our net spend is 50% that of Newcastle's this summer (whose fans and manager have rightly been complaining).

The owners are only interesting in making a lot of money out of this club and it's time for them to go.

How can you sack the board when they own the club.

There were still more chapters to be written at Upton Park with the development of the chicken run raising capacity by 7k to 42k, enough for us.

Let's make it as uncomfortable as possible for these cunts.
They have sold the soul of the club, lied, have ingrained a loser culture at the club and are turning us into the biggest laughing stock in world football.

OUT!

Re: Sack the board
They do play crowd noise, I've heard it many times from outside the ground on non-match days.

It sounds really impressive actually, you would never know the stadium was empty and it's a recording. They can, I think, change it for goal celebration cheers, 'ooh' for bad fouls, that sort of thing.

I don't know what it is actually used for though.

Must be similar to what TalkSport used to use during World Cups when they were commentating in a silent room watching the match on a telly.

The final game at Upton park, every person in the ground was clearly chanting " you Spanish cunt" at de gea and clearly affected him. Yet play it back not even a murmur.

I'm of the opinion that they have a generic 'crowd noise' recording that they bring up to cover any potentially controversial or obscene chants in the stadium.

I remember 40 thousand odd people very clearly chanting 'John Terry, he's a cunt' clear as a bell at UP but can't recall this being audible on TV?

Lars- really? It's not about three games, or this season it's about our club being rotten to the core with those lying, cheating scumbags in charge. Wake up.

Re: Sack the board
lars you fuckwit this is not about 3 games, it's about constant lies to get us to leave our home, it's about lies when going on about the "next level", it's about lies when every year pretending to be in for big name players and being shown up to just be talking rubbish by Sporting, it's about a manager who lost it towards the end of his first season and has got worse and worse. 3 games?!! The level of abject stupidity of some people FFS

I remember when we used to sing irons irons between the north and south banks, 57,000 singing liars liars while on live TV might get a message over.

Was we really saved from going skint or was it just what they spun?

Re: Sack the board
Despite the fact Sullivan and Gold are a couple of money grabbing cunts, mugs still turned up at the club shop yesterday fawning over a bunch of overpaid underperforming footballers and opened their wallets willingly transferring their wealth to the aforementioned cunts.
Why are people so gullible?

with the TV money wasted over the last two years put against what they've spent on players, there's no way they should be borrowing even more money. time to get the fraud squad in

"The owners are only interesting in making a lot of money out of this club"

Why has it taken so long for people to realise this?

The owners are scum and will forever be remembered for the needless demolition of Upton Park in the search for greater wealth.

Making a fuss over on KUMB about yet another loan taken out by the board. This time secured against the lease, the training ground and the shops.
Are they really pulling so much money out of the club that they need to borrow, despite the TV revenues? Or is it merely short term borrowing? Seems bloody fishy...
